I have read these reviews and I have to say that I had an absolutely delightful experience at the Hueytown location. Tosheba and Alexis were very helpful and attentive and Kayla was so helpful on the phone before my visit, seeing if they had the gear we needed before we even made the trip. These girls were absolutely awesome and we got away without spending over $200 bucks with a lot of stuff bc the sales were great. We expected to pay more but were actually able to GET more bc of the sale items on top name brands. We will d... read more

Have spent alot of money over the years at this location. Today is the absolute last time I will set foot here. I will drive the additional 10 minutes up the road to the McCalla location. Employees ignoring customers as they have their own conversation about how the customers are annoying. I am a Customer Service Manager for a large corporation and when I get terrible service, it really disappoints me. It is not hard to do your job.
