My experience with Hibberd Orthodontics has been extremely disappointing. On multiple occasions, I arrived on time for my scheduled appointments but was forced to wait an additional 45 minutes because the treatment rooms were supposedly "full." To make matters worse, the receptionist claimed that I had arrived too late and that my appointment slot had been given away, even though I was there on time. We just had a consultation with Dr. Christine Hibberd. My child is in love with this clinic, looking forward to start his ortho journey. All staff is very professional and the consultation was very thorough.
Honestly the best orthodontists you'll ever find! Dr.Hibberd, Dr.Christine and the whole team are extremely pleasant and friendly to deal with, and they are very straightforward with their assessments. Trust me when I say, you are in extremely good hands with this team. They been a tremendous help throughout my journey over the past 20+ years, walking through my time wearing braces and retainers when I was a younger, all the way through to TMJ concerns.
Again my daughter had a pleasant experience for orthodontic following up appointment at Dr.Hibberd office. All the staff at this office are great, Always have a smile on their face and make sure our needs are met. Doctor Hibberds and their staff provides excellent services. Many Thanks to all of you!
