I would like to thank Stacey Chapman from Hibbard Homes Dubbo for her support and timely sharing all the necessary documents and making the process quick and easy. As a non local investor , I had many queries, Stacey has been always approachable and guided towards our journey. Really satisfied with her genuine and transparent service. We are extremely happy with the house. There were a few minor things after the handover and they were quick to fix everything without problems. I would highly recommend Hibbard Homes to others.
Disappointed. Took almost 2 years for my investment property to be built when I was originally given a 9 month time frame. Communication was poor regarding progress and information on the build. Im personally aware of other friends and family who went through hibbards and recieved welcome gifts on settlement however all i recieved was a text message saying 'congratulations' and that was the last I heard. . Given this was my first investment at such a young age it was a truly disappointing experience.
