Ok so I usually get take out from here or when I come it's a full house. My mom and I were here getting a late lunch when it was pretty slow and I'm seriously baffled. So since the moment we sat down, two men at a table have been loudly discussing (they're managers by the way, I know because one only said it loudly like six times) and they're literally just outright talking about all of the employees that they dislike and think they should cut from the schedule. Food was great, as always. Service was unacceptable.
Me and husband went to celebrate my birthday, husband told the waiter about it and she just ignored us. Very bad service, won't go in a rush hour chef was in a hurry, no show at all.....food was ok, fried rice wasn't good!
Me and my friends and family always go to hibachi about 2x a month and every since the guy manager came and the lady manager left things are going to total shit. I think the last experience was it for me and my friends. First the waitress sucked and was so slow and not helpful at all and rude and also argued with 3 people of the 9 that the shoved in a little crowded area. Sushi was okay. Still doesn't match Densetsu Japanese Restaurant Plano. That place set the standered for me.
