Experienced excellent customer after care provided by Rob, and the product quality of our wall hung units are strong and robust. I would highly recommend this company.
Simply never buy anything from this company. I purchased a vanity in the bathroom and after three weeks, the drawers started to peel. The company that sold the item (Thorncliffs) and the manufacture refused to refund the product. I will pursue a legal remedy.
Over priced and don't last -bought a HIB Stratus 60 LED Demisting Aluminium Mirror Cabinet 600 x 700mm - lighton one side failed after a few years, there are better cheaper products out there, don't waste your money!
Have purchased two cabinets from HiB, both faulty and different models as well due to the first being discontinued within a year of purchasing. Light in the doors packed up after a short while and the under light sensor stopped working and light was permanently on.
