I have been using RR for 20+ years. Consistent, reasonable, perfect selection, well-maintained equipment, safe equipment. Really a great resource for both contractors and homeowners.
The people are nice! I rented a Ditch Witch loader. The hose broke during normal operations, no load, no pinch. Clearly a case of old age. They made me pay $153 to replace the hose. It took them 30 minutes to initially load it and then I had to bring it back and swap it out for a different one which took another 2 prime hours out of my 24 hour rental. They didn’t compensate me for any of it. Im a business owner and repeat customer and I feel like I got taken advantage of! Good luck!
