Everyone who works here knows their way around the products and can speak intelligently to any new materials arriving on the market. The front room staff are eager to help, accurate, and capable of making adjustments to an order with very little effort. The warehouse staff have locations (and sometimes quantities on hand) committed to memory, and they always do the bulk of the work when handling and loading material. Delivery service is top notch.
