Been trying to get information on a case for my deceased mother since July 2023. I have notes documenting every call. I have called 3 days straight this week and havent been able to speak with anyone. I left 1 msg only because they recommend not leaving multiple to delay process. I last spoke with Megan May 12, 2025 and noone has followed up since. Over 3 years and no answers.
Check your documents to make sure your name is right. An elderly family member is their client. We’ve called to tell them their clients name was spelled wrong in a document and told them the correct spelling, when we got it back it was spelled differently but still wrong. We’ve had to do this multiple times on different documents. It wouldn’t be that bad but the name they always get wrong is four letters and I would think at some point they’d put the spelling on file.
