DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! We had a 14 passenger minivan scheduled to pick us up that cancelled with no explanation. We have been trying to get a hold of them because we had another ride booked for tonight and no one will call or text us back!
Scheduled a 14 person bus. No one showed up, did not notify us they canceled, and would not and still will not answer their phone. HORRIBLE DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STRANDED
I booked a Hi5 bus online for my friend’s bachelorette. I ended up paying for a round trip (150$ CAD) that never happened because the company cancelled our trip without any explanation. When I called to ask why, they said it was because they didn’t have any buses or transportation available. They assured me I wouldn’t be charged. Nonetheless, I received a payment confirmation the next day.
