Dr Pham told/tells me exactly what he's going to do before and after doing any procedures and asks if I have any questions concerning the treatment/s. This Dentist is for my Granddaughter.

I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication and respect for parental consent during our recent visit. My seven-year-old son was taken back for scans without proper notification or my prior approval. Furthermore, when I expressed hesitation about proceeding with both the scans and dental sealants, the staff was unacceptably pushy. Highly recommend Hi5 Dental! Dr. Pham was incredibly patient and kind with my little daughter, taking time to explain the tools and each step so she felt comfortable and at ease. The assistant was also very gentle during X-rays and cleaning, and the front desk made everything smooth and stress-free from scheduling to check-in. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and friendly. We had such a positive experience!

Absolutely love this dental office! The entire staff is so friendly, kind, and efficient. They are always able to get both of my daughters in at the same time for their cleanings, which makes visits so much easier as a parent. My older daughter needed a few fillings, and they were gentle and patient with her. She's always been offered a blanket and her choice of movie to watch during the procedure which makes such a big difference for her nerves. This practice is very well organized. From the front desk to the clinical staff to the back office, my experience was seamless and efficient. I highly recommend this practice for anyone in need of pediatric dentistry.
