My friend was trying to be kind and send me flowers. I received a near dead bouquet delivered to my home. The water was filthy and the flowers were browning. The person who wrote the card messed up, and instead of getting a new card scratched out the mistake and wrote over it. The spelling was incorrect and punctuation was used improperly. Very disappointing and upsetting!
Jessica was absolutely wonderful! I was able to order a Valentines Day arrangement at the very last minute with same day delivery and she was kind enough to make it possible! Great customer service even in the midst of the chaos that i'm sure ensues during V-Day at every florist's shop!
