The entire process of purchasing and installation was incredibly easy and prompt. Jessi the owner provided their options and explained the pros and cons of each model. Financing took 5 minutes and the installation was prompt, efficient, and the left my home spotless.
My service advisor (Raiko) was great. He explained everything and he made me feel very confident and comfortable with the service I was about to receive.
The Tech was fine. Scheduling was bad! Tech arrived 1 hour after my scheduled appointment window closed at 3pm. No one called and thus I called to verify I would get service today. Some one slipped up. 🙁👎🏼. Bad communication.
