From Joe coming to the house with the details and estimate to the install with Stefon and Lucas it was the best experience. If you need A/C repairs or new system call HI-Vac first!
I did not enjoy my experience with this company. When I spoke with the owner, they were extremely rude and presumptuous about my situation instead of listening. Customer service matters, and being treated with disrespect means I will not take my business here again and wouldn't recommend them.
I have had my AC unit with Hi Vacc for over 5 years, so I have dealt with them a lot over that time period from installation to upkeep to troubleshooting. Not only is Hi Vacc a great company, but the AC expert Brandon Martinez is an amazing AC technician! He is always so friendly, has so much patience (even with my crazy kids and pets running around), and always giving us great money/time saving tips and tricks! Brandon came out performed a maintenance did a great job paired my thermostat to the system and replaced an extremely loud compressor I extremely pleased with him and hi vac what a great company .
