Thanks to Hi Vac, the day was saved! Despite a scheduled maintenance scheduled for the 17th, our AC upstairs was leaky, so I called the office and they said they would send a technician out today. In the 20 minutes prior to his arrival, Peter called me to let me know he would be there. In no time, he had cold air flowing again after explaining the problem, repairing the upstairs unit, and servicing the downstairs unit as well.
