I contacted them for service and they were rude and never answered my e-mail. And they take forever to repair anything.
The owner sold me a used remote for my sound system that was not functional. It was obviously not tested before the sale. He wrongly accused me having dropped the remote. When brought back to him, he said his technician would be reviewing the issue. He never got back to me. I have asked for a refund. He is not returning my calls or answering my emails. Very poor service. He is dishonest and should not be in business.
My husband and I have had 2 sets of speakers fixed here over the last year or so. Both repair jobs were excellently done and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you!
