I got a great technician, he was a well-trained young man, efficient and conscientious. He did a great job in a timely manner. I highly recommend Hi Top's. This was my first experience with them. The techs were fantastic. Prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They came to diagnose a furnace problem. It turns out the previous HVAC company had installed my furnace improperly, the last company to check it did not understand this was the real problem, and they charged me for expensive parts that were under warranty. Their service charge was very reasonable, especially as this wasn't a short call. Just a great customer experience all around.
I just had Induct out to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. They really did an excellent job. Both gentlemen were very efficient and didn't make a mess. Little did I know that a new home could benefit from this service. There was a lot of construction dust in my vents, which is no longer an issue. The dryer vent was a mess, but it's now safe and clear!
Big Thank You to Michael!! After being canceled on by another company Friday afternoon after my ac started acting up. I called and got hold of Michael. He went above and beyond Friday/Saturday and got my ac running again. I will definitely use you guys in the future. Again thank you so much!!
