I've been going to Hi-tek for 2.5 years now. I use my hands alot in work and at home, and I've never had a nail break. I go monthly so that says alot too. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and I've become friendly with all three of them. If I don't like something, as long as I say something, they are happy to fix it. But I never have complaints. See you next month Tina 🥰

One lady picked her nose while I was getting my nails done and that lady that worked there whipped her nose pickings on me. Tbh I shouldn’t have left a tip but did anyway.

I always get my pedicures at Hi Tek. The staff are experienced, friendly, and skilled. Situated on Grand Avenue in downtown Pullman, they are right at the heart of local businesses. This is the place to go. Thank you, Tina, Joann, and all for your many years of outstanding work.

Great job. I'm two weeks on a dip fill and still going strong. I've had some BAD experiences at other places in Pullman (e.g. not listening, ripping off my real nails), but they listened, gave me a great manicure and I would absolutely come back. Nice people.
