I called and made appointment for an estimate o install crown molding in my entire home. James arrived over 1/2 hour late. He did not have anything to write on so I provided a pad of paper. He did not measure anything just wrote numbers n the pad then left with my pad of paper. He texted me the next day a quote with some dark photos of previous crown molding jobs he had completed.
