On our way to the Smokies our Lexus quit we parked at the fireworks stand on 27 this was on a Sunday called the owner of the fireworks business and he was very understanding and said it would be no problem to leave the car for a few days. We piled in the other 2 cars and went on. Called Hi-Tech on Monday Jessica went above and beyond to relieve my anxiety of getting it repaired she even took care of getting it towed. Took some pics at hi tech today getting my oil changed seen papaw and grandma there and there new employee
Stopped by again to have brakes done on the front of my pickup, they got me in the following day. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. The staff was great and explained everything prior to, and after doing the repair. Stopped in to have them check out a brake that seemed to be dragging. They scheduled me quickly and addressed the problem and got me back on the road quickly. The work was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price.
