Thank you Tim and Hi-Tech System for incredible customer service and responding right away with anytime I might need help with the program. Tim is truly amazing very knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend this company, great product and personable.
I have been using High Tech for over seven years. I find them to be extremely efficient.Lori Has been my go to for those seven years. She has been able to answer my questions and when She isn't sure she makes an appointment for one of the technicians to call me. Many times just with Lorri's help I have been able to handle the situation.
As always, Lori is impeccable, very down to earth, very pleasant voice, she listens, great attitude, professional customer service everything I call; walks me thru the problem, Lori is a big asset for Hi Tech Systems; don’t let her go to soon!!😇
Great price.Kepper was the technician. He so helpful and professional. Thank you
I was having a problem with my security system power and called after hours and was able to talk to Jason, the on call tech. He did a fantastic job at diagnosing the issue and it resolved my power outage. Jason is a great asset to your team!!!
