Hi-Tech has been wonderful to work with! Colton was very knowledgeable and friendly. He came out and gave us new quotes for updating our existing system, giving us multiple options to choose from. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns and made the upgrade process very easy! Sam was our technician and he really busted his tail when he was here doing the installations! He answered all of our questions, and got us up and running quickly! I highly recommend Hi-Tech for your security needs!
I am a property manager for a large CDD property, we have Hi-Tech for our security cameras AND access control system. It has been one of the best decisions to switch and couldn't be happier with the product. The technician, Sam, who always comes to help/ repair/ install has been one of the best things about the switch! He is wonderful at his job, gets it done quick and stays professional and kind throughout the entire experience. Sam is awesome!
