I have been a customer of Hi-Tech systems for a few years now. I am a tech guy and I really like the way their system integrate various types of devices, including security cameras, front door cameras, front door locks, garage door opener, thermostat, light switches, ease to convert outlets to smart outlets and most recently integrating Rachio irrigation as well! Their customer support is very responsive and they work with you to make sure issue is addressed.

Shout out to Hi-Tech and Colton for helping me purchase a new tv. I came in wanting a 4K one for my living room and didn’t really know the differences between the types but when I went in Colton broke down the differences between the main ones he could order and helped me decide the one that was best for me and didn’t to forget to ask if I wanted any accessories to go with my new tv (wall mount, soundbar, etc.).
