Of at least five calls in to the office, not a single was returned. All I wanted was to add a new TV and reprogram my universal remote to operate that new TV. Larry wanted over $2.2K for that. When I asked if I could purchase my own TV (at less than half the $1800 he wanted me to spend), he turned down the job. Hi Tech designed and installed my extremely complex system. Everything had to be perfect. They exceeded my expectations. We are extremely happy and they will be doing the same when we complete our Florida home.

Hi Tech installed my home theater system in 1996. In 2023 I purchased sonos equipment from them. They are still the same wonderful people and company who truly care about their customers and want to do what is best for them. Pricing is fair and the quality of the work they do is excellent. They sell a variety of brands, all top end and high quality. It’s great to see a company stay in business for so long which is a testament to their quality and expertise.
