You know a trust worthy business when at times you are encouraged NOT to make a purchase in their store! Honest and experienced-not to mention the best selection of second hand high-fi equipment in Nashville.
A top notch repair business with very knowledgeable staff. I was referred to them by HiFi Buys which sells some of the highest end components that are made so I knew then it was the place to go for any repairs I needed. They repair all of the top name brands available all the way down to a microwave oven. I highly suggest them to anyone in need of a repair.
If I could rate at zero I would. Waited 4 months for them to fix an old portable record player. They never looked at it and the girl who answers the phone kept telling me they would call back with an update. No calls. I picked it up without them fixing. Horrible service. The place is a mess.
Great customer service, price was fair, quality work. Slow turn around, but they followed through on what they said. They said two weeks, it took two weeks.
I have had nothing but great experiences here and last time my problem ended up being so minor they just fixed it right in front of me and charged me $0. And they actually gave me a part so I shoulda payed something, but they didn't care. Two thumbs up.
I had an awesome experience at Hi-tech today. Their knowledge and customer service were impeccable. I was also very satisfied with their pricing.
