John gave me a price to install a TV antenna. I excepted. He said he'd call on Monday, July 7, to schedule instillation. Never called. I week later I called and he said they'd install on the next day July 16, between 2 and 4. He never showed up, nor called back. Too bad there isn't something lower than 1 star!
We are SO impressed with the level of professionalism and how knowledgeable the guys at Hitech are.. a true gem of a company.. HIGHLY recommend!!
They do great work. John Jr. is my go to guy when I need computer work done. He is patient, treats me with dignity, and always takes good care of my equipment. Thumbs up!
