n October of 2023, my father contracted with Hi-Tech to replace his roof and the work was completed. They were paid in full. On November 1 , my father passed away. Later in the month, we had a heavy rain and the roof leaked and damaged was caused to the garage. I reached out to Mauricio Bruciaga who agreed to fix the roof and repair the garage. Perfect job by Mauricio and his crew. They started on a Monday and the job was fully completed by Friday afternoon, on-time and on-budget. And most importantly our new TPO roof no longer leaks! Mauricio was perfectly communicative through the entire process. Highly recommend!
Mauricio and the crew did a great job on our flat roof. Remove multiple layers of roof, re-deck, taper, install TPO.
