Be very careful with this company. After installing the unit and not finishing the job well and fastening all the screws, the draft is coming in on top of noise it makes. They got their money and they are hiding from just sending a person to finish the job. At the same time I purchased a brand new unit from them that had some damage on it that they were not willing to exchange it. After blocking the remaining balance, they showed up right away to take the new unit yet they didn’t fix the old one. This is a very shady company... read more
