This is my go to spot for mani/ pedi for 15 years now. Highly recommend Joanne for pedicures, she is very detailed and takes her time to provide a great pedicure.

I asked them to remove my nails and the technician slid a fake nail tip under my nails to remove them. I was visibly wincing in pain and she would not stop until I asked her to. Then she continued on the other hand to peel my nails off with the fake nail tip. My nail surface is damaged due to how they removed them. I asked if there was another way to remove and they said no!! I was so upset.
