I asked them to remove my nails and the technician slid a fake nail tip under my nails to remove them. I was visibly wincing in pain and she would not stop until I asked her to. Then she continued on the other hand to peel my nails off with the fake nail tip. My nail surface is damaged due to how they removed them. I have been going to Hi Tech Nails for almost 3 years now. The environment is clean. The girls are friendly and helpful. The prices are decent, and the service they provide is up to the mark.

Took my 88 year old Mother there to get her nails cut and calluses taken off. They did her feet and hands for 60. Her feet had been neglected and were in poor shape. The ladies at the salon treated my Mother like a queen. She has mobility issues and they helped her from the moment we walked in the door. They did an excellent job and took their time.
