These guys were great!!! I didn't realize that this was the owner's cell phone number, and made the bonehead move of calling him at 9PM on a Sunday! He answered, quite calmly, and didn't make me feel awkward or at fault (even though I certainly felt both). He is VERY honest and was able to give me some troubleshooting tips over the phone. I called to see if I could take my printer in for servicing but Shafqat was very helpful and said he could try to help identify the problem over the phone so I wouldn't have to drive from Union City to Santa Clara for nothing. It's good to know that this company isn't just trying to get "business". They actually tried to help me without taking any money. If I do need to call for printer service or even take printer in for servicing, I won't hesitate to contact Hi-Tech.

Shafqat was so helpful when I was having problems with my printer. Not only did he help me identify the problem quickly on the phone, but he also helped me identify which printers I could buy to replace mine! And, you can't beat his prices. Thank you, Shafqat.
