I scheduled this company to clean my house after I moved out so that it would be nice for the next family. I called to confirm the Thursday before (we were scheduled for Monday). I called again on Friday at 9 am to confirm. I told them that I REALLY needed them to confirm. They never called me back to confirm. I ended up cleaning our old house myself, while my boxes remained unpacked at our new home.
I have used this service for years. Originally, the service was quite good. However, the past few times I have used their services I have had 3 window blinds broken. Each of these occurred on separate occasions. Whenever I called to complain and ask for a reimbursement of the damaged window blinds I have been completely ignored and my several phone calls were never returned. Needless to say, I will never use their services again in the future.
