Todd did a home inspection recently on a home that I was going to purchase, my wife pointed out a hole in the roof of detached garage, had to email him to update his report that bat droppings were in the area above garage/home, also he put that moss build up and water stained siding , when in fact the siding was rotting in numerous spots around the bottom of the home, which I identified myself after the report was sent to me, also asked about the satisfaction guarantee and got denied, DO NOT RECCOMEND this inspection service... read more

Although Todd Peterson found some items that needed to be corrected, he missed major holes in the home (under the roof ridge vents, and a large 4"+ hole under a soffit) that were entryways into our home for bats. We also discovered a couple of holes that were allowing mice in the house. We would never have bought the house knowing there were varmints in it. His website says satisfaction guaranteed, however, he will not respond to my e-mails regarding this problem. I do not recommend his inspection services.
