Can’t say enough about Hi-Tech Geothermal! Dennis is your guy for all things geothermal. Prompt, knowledgeable, reasonable, and experienced, Hi-Tech will be my only call from now on for my 15 year old Econar heat pump - be it maintenance, repair, or replacement. Save yourself the time and energy I spent searching for help before I got in touch with Hi-Tech - you will not regret it!
Highly recommend this company. We had two other companies come out prior to contacting HiTech Geothermal Heating that were clueless to resolving our issue with our geothermal. HiTech Geothermal was prompt at fitting us into their schedule and fixed our geothermal issues. Dennis and Ben are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. This is the only company we will use going forward. Out of five stars, I give them six!
I have been using Hi Tech geothermal since the my original heat pump installer retired (actually referred to them). In the last 10 plus years, Dennis and now Ben, have fixed a lot of problems (fuses, heat pump leaks, loop field leaks, mixers, air exchanger maintenance, water heater issues, etc.). Very prompt and professional service every time. Dennis is passionate about geothermal and definitely knows what he is doing. He went the extra mile and gave me more than my money's worth, getting my heat back on within 3 hours of calling him. He genuinely cares about his customers!
