Was made to feel guilty for declining an exam for my son when he just had one at an orthodontist. I also wasn't prepared to pay $600 for something he really didn't need at the time. The hygienist was a bit pushy and condescending. Also, I know I didn't pay for an exam but I did assume that the dentist would come in and verify what was done or at least say hi and ask if he was having any issues. All in all a bit of an uncomfortable experience. Also, you could use a bigger waiting room..
Was charged for service on my insurance that wasn't done... Not happy... Went to another dentist...
