Very happy with the communication and response time. Responded to my request same day, was able to make an (non- emergency) appointment same week, and was able to have the work completed within two weeks. Very happy with the professionalism and quality of the work and our tech. Highly recommended!
I was so lucky to be put in touch with them! Tyler did a terrific job, and did not take much time. Was told by several area companies it would take 2-3 weeks to get to me. Hi-Tech was there within the hour to repair my electrical problem. I would highly recommend them as I was told by AEP I could have a fire hazard!
In today's world of people not showing up when they say they are going to work, or not returning your calls, I'm happy when a company makes an effort to come. My landscaper, North Star Landscaping out of Cassopolis, recommended them to me. They couldn't make the first appointment, but called and rescheduled and worked around my schedule. So far my problem was fixed, and I would recommend them.
Did a fantastic job and attention to detail was amazing!
BEWARE!!! RIPOFF!!! Will never hire this company again. I recieve an estimate for installing generator switch on my home. When work was completed I was billed $185.00 more than original estimate! Was billed for 5 hrs labor to install simple generator switch.
