Byron was recommended to us by the gate company, Centurion. After a phone call in the morning, he was able to fit us into his schedule the same day! He identified the issue quickly and resolved it for a very fair price, including a replacement battery. I will be using Hi-Tech doors for any servicing in the future, and would recommend them highly.

Top Service! Byron is a dead set legend. Called him this morning (Thursday 27th Feb) as the chain on our main roller door snapped, he was here with his offsider within a couple hours and fixed the issue. 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I was recommended to call Byron from a wholesale gate company as I was having sliding gate issues with my Centurion D5 Evo. Byron was so helpful, friendly and professional over the phone and managed to solve the problem over countless conversations on the phone. He pin pointed the root cause and of the sliding gate issue which is testament to his knowledge of gate system! He should be highly recommended for his work ethic and his customer service.
