Thank you to Byron and his son for their service today..had a problem with the garage door not opening this morning and he came out within a few hours..will gladly recommend and use his services in the future.
Great customer service by Byron and team to attend to an emergency call out and a follow up replacement motor on my garage door. Matter was resolved efficiently and in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I will continue to use Byron and the team for all future service and repairs and recommend his services to others.
Byron was recommended to us by the gate company, Centurion. After a phone call in the morning, he was able to fit us into his schedule the same day! He identified the issue quickly and resolved it for a very fair price, including a replacement battery. I will be using Hi-Tech doors for any servicing in the future, and would recommend them highly.

Top Service! Byron is a dead set legend. Called him this morning (Thursday 27th Feb) as the chain on our main roller door snapped, he was here with his offsider within a couple hours and fixed the issue. 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
