Horrible. Do not use ever, avoid like the plague. I have been jerked around for an entire week by this company and they are the most unprofessional company I have ever used in my entire life. They came to fix my unit; first, I get the window from 1-5 and am told that they will call 30-45 minutes before they arrive. They don't show up til 6:30, no call or anything. DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT USE THEM. ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY! DO NOT BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS! First of all, they scheduled my repair/maintenance and called prior to the actual appointment to ask me to leave a positive review. Um, yeah right. Do your job first… They came to replace coils in one unit and $1600 later installed the wrong part. The coil is way too long and covers the control buttons to turn on the ac or heat, so now the whole unit is completely unusable unless you want to open up the entire unit to... read more
I got a replacement air conditioner. The two guys installed the unit in a very tight spot and were very careful with all the delicate stuff around the window. They even cleaned the dirty window and they were friendly and flawless. I will use Hi Tech again when I replace the other AC. Highly recommended!
If I could give them zero stars I would.... This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I called them for a price quote for servicing of a PTAC heating/cooling system. I was quoted a price of $125 for cleaning and inspection of the unit. The repairman came, vacuumed out the unit and did an inspection. I was told that the fan motor was running very hot and needs to be replaced before it burns out. He took a few photos and said someone would order a new motor and contact me to set up time and day to do so. I get ... read more
