The employees were very responsive, kept me informed of repairs needed.
This was my first experience with Carstar, and I was extremely satisfied with the results and speed of the delivery of service. Additionally, the customer service was top-tier, as I was able to connect with many of the staff members to meet my requirements. They do amazing work that's not crazy expensive. I'd recommend those on a budget looking for an affordable repair shop that doesn't sacrifice quality to check on CarStar.
The company was fast and efficient. We took our car in on Monday and it was ready on Friday. They also kept us apprised of where they were as to doing the repairs. We are more than happy with the workmanship and the care that they showed.
Fast and went above and beyond the standards for auto body repairs and refinishing. Al and the crew took care of us all the way thru the whole process!!!!!
