From the first call I had to make to schedule my appointment to the last day I had to remove my belongings from my totaled out vehicle, CARSTAR was there. They made the process with my insurance company painless. Even though the car ended up being a total loss, the staff were professional and caring through the entire process.
Top notch service here! Started out with the link between my insurance (USAA) and Carstar. Easy and communication was outstanding. The tech (Christian) was phenomenal, from explaining the process to maintaining status updates till the car was finish! The front office secretary was also very helpful, coordinated the rental and was very helpful in ensuring all my info was accurate with the insurance company! Great experience, the smoothest so far! Thank you!!!

They had my car a week longer than quoted, I had to call them to get updates. There was no follow up communication unless I reached out. The actual work looks clean and professional.
Their incompetence cost me $1000 from adding the wrong coolant and not bleeding the coolant system in my car. U think they would make it right?… nope!
