Alex was prompt and did a thorough, efficient carpet cleaning. Our 33-year old carpet looks nearly new! He also gave me an education on how to maintain our carpet, proper cleaning solutions to use, causes for some types of spots/stains, and best material to look for when we decide to replace our carpet. Alex showed up on time, nice truck-mounted equipment in good repair, vacuumed and spot treated first, used extra suction tool on foaming areas, explained his process, was even less expensive than any other cleaning service we have used since we move to Elk Grove in 2007! Get this guy while he lasts - you won't be sorry!
