Most of the staff are awesome. Although there are thieves working amongst them. Cannot trust any of your valuables to be untouched or some of the employees to be honest. Employee stole my medicine out of the cubby in my car when he had no need to touch it. When confronted he lied stating they spilled out in his hands and he dumped them on the ground. the detailer used way way too much shampoo for my car's carpet and mats . they also failed to sufficiently vaccume enough of the fluid to allow it to dry ...I hope I don't mildew. it's shame they've done Great work for me I've the years I don't blame the shop I blame the detailer go for the oil.change and basic detailing
