Mr. Reginald is the man! Not only did he get our dryer repaired he shared with us so much knowledge and opened our eyes to things we would have ever thought of. We greatly enjoyed his professionalism and the quality and detail of his work is one of a kind. We need more repair professionals like Mr. Reginald. We would highly recommend this gentleman to any of our friends or family.
Our experience with Reggie from hi-tec was very pleasant, he’s was courteous and explained what he was doing while troubleshooting our refrigerator, he has a wealth of knowledge and is passionate about his craft. He gave us advice on additional items that could be purchased to protect our appliances and taught us what to look for if our refrigerator starts acting up again. Thank you Reggie!
Very unprofessional, my home warranty made me use this company. The technician was rude when I questioned his diagnostic after he told my tenant he could go on YouTube to fix the refrigerator himself, I questioned his assessment of the situation in a calm polite manner and was yelled at and hung up on because his excuses didn’t stand up to scrutiny. He was clearly using smoke and and gaslighting us into believing the issue was not an issue and was upset with the temperament on an adolescent when it didn’t work. Stay far away... read more
Reggie showed up on time, was courteous and professional. He took the entire refrigerator apart while troubleshooting the issue. Reggie also explained what he was doing (to my husband, not me. As soon as he said computer, I was in over my head) Unfortunately, the compressor on our refrigerator was bad and we'll have to get a new refrigerator. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future if the need should arise.
