Came to this car wash roughly 1 month ago. Quality of the wash, mediocre. Quality of the service, worst I’ve ever had. Cars were piled in the automated wash, and all got stuck. Because the reel wash still move, the cars were smashing into one another like crazy! Feels like you’re in an earthquake while in there. My car damaged the vehicle in front of me while my bumper was getting destroyed from behind. Rear center light (VW) got blown out of socket from wind dryer - claimed they looked and couldn’t find - OK. Came back, three hours later, at close, as instructed - OK. Still say they can’t find - OK. Being told by Ahmed (shift manager) that it’s my fault when “offering” for me to “report” to the owner and that he “may or may not” help me out - NOT OK! Rude as hell. It's all full but the closed half of the vacuum spots ! We should not have to wait for a vacuum station open all the stations of close and go home !!!
My drivers side mirror was knocked off at this establishment, and I filed a claim. After 90 days and multiple messages left on their voicemail and in person, I still haven't heard back from the owner. The managers have deflected and refuse to do anything but leave another message. I highly recommend you don't visit if you value your property.
Awesome fast car wash with any amenity or extra you could need including Express Detail and even had my emission inspection there last week! Super employees - Kenny, Dave, Mick & Eddie - nowhere better to take your car in Atlanta!
