The owner herself cannot dye hair. I had to come back the next day so she could correct her first day mistake. She left my hair yellow and orange and didn't even make me pay for it. Then she had some really inappropriate conversations with me on topics I really didn't want to even talk about like how she wanted to grow weed at the Sullivan arena and how she didn't have to renew her license because she been a beautician for so long.
