Ever since I became a tenant of an apartment at 200 Gaspe, almost every two months, the elevator has been broken and out of service, and every month we have had water cuts for several hours. My bathroom was clogged two times during last 1,5 years, each time a plumber was in my apartment in 2-4 hours after my application was submitted through their website
This looks horrible and digusting forget the email I sent.
I saw messages saying only one elevator works usually, but at the time we moved into this building, both were working, so I got mistaken. A bit after that, they shut down one and we got a notice that this situation takes 6–7 months at least. It takes 7 minutes to go down, and for the upper floors, it is not possible to use stairs everytime. It is a disaster.
