I lived there. The view is amazing and the building has great potential but the landlord is horrible, poor service, they are hypocrites that don’t care about their renters. The elevator breaks often, almost every month and people get stuck sometimes for 2 hours. They raise the rent heavily every year.
Very bad bullying bay bad manager, pool always is dirty ، Dry sauna is 1 years bad no body fixing, drain of buildings always leaking every where is mold
Not service, no responsibilities, this company is worst .
