Horrible place Lol, keep raising rents and scamming people with a certain illegal percentage.. the place has gone to crap, dirty, people steal packages, no service, alarm ringing for no reason, broken elevators, water leaks everywhere, won’t install cameras when lots of people getting their Amazon packages stolen for more years and more!!
Possibly one of the worst managements/buildings. Ever since I moved here, the water has been interrupted almost every 3 weeks-1 month. They cut it without notifying any of the tenants and if you try to reach out to them via their phone number, nobody replies and if you leave a message, they do not get back to you. It smells of cigarettes everywhere, there are so many bugs in the units and they make you open multiple tickets to fix the issue. Have been here since 2017. The service from the management company Metropolitan and Bordwalk is non existent! To fix main door to the suite is taking for ever . They send a painter before the door is repaired . They change the flooring with out Cleanning the mould . Windows leak every time it rains , more Mold ! Gym AC was out for 3 months before they even opened a ticket . Elevator door has not been functioning since May , you try and enter the elevator the door closes on you with a big slam and then opens . If you live in ... read more
HORRIBLE management! Lived there 5 years, water leaking from ceiling every 2months, takes forever to get in touch with someone, keep raising rents, elevator problems all the time and more …
