We had a new roof installed this summer. With the first big rain we had a leak. We called them they said they would be out to fix it asap. That has been 3 weeks. They will not return our calls or text us back. Has anyone heard form them in the last 3 weeks? Would like to know if they are still in business. I will contact the BBB and CCB also.

Installed new roof.the roof leaks. Business said they would show up and fix the roof.. now non responsive. CCB and BBB has been notified

Getting a bid on a new roof is a scary prospect. It seems most are too busy to even come to look. Robert Linch with Hi-Point Roofing replied right away and showed up when he said he would. He gave us a reasonable bid and kept the information so when we were ready, he was there for us. Two other roofers did show up. One never bothered to get back to us with a bid, the other was twice what Robert’s bid was. We were very pleased with the service provided by Robert and his crew from HiPoint Roofing. Hi Point Roofing, Thank you for all your hard work. I can't express how grateful we are. We had spent too much time getting the run around from other companies. Our roof has been needing replaced for quite some time due to multiple leaks. Hi point roofing was 100% reliable with excellent communication and customer service. I would recommend them to anyone. Through out the whole process it was easy and stress free. They are a down to earth, honest company to work with. Our new roof looks amazing. Thank you to Robert and Crew!
