I would give zero stars if I could. Booked an apartment for 6 people, 6 months ago on booking.com. Everything was confirmed and we booked our 4 week holiday around our stay at the Ilikai Appartments Waikiki. 10 days out from checking in, Tammy from Hi Paradise Rentals cancelled our reservation. She claimed because of Covid they could not accomodate us. When I explain we were now a party of five, 2 Adults and 3 Children - 15,13,11.
