I love this nail salon! It’s very clean and the workers are really kind.
I now understand exactly why this place only has 3 stars. While the pedicure itself was decent in terms of basic care, the overall experience was very disappointing. I expressed that I was unhappy with how my toenails looked, but instead of addressing my concerns, the owner focused more on how much time his employee had spent rather than ensuring I was satisfied as a paying customer. Disrespectful and rude
Really bad service! Nails they did well on but not many options and also they kept trying to rush us! I have seen other places in Hopkinsville and Clarksville that are better than this! Please please please do not rush your customers! It costed $330 which is way too overprice!
