The young man was in such a hurry. Wasn't gentle, scrub to hard on feet that are in good shape, not crusty at all, clipped skin around toes a little to much. Was not the least bit relaxing or comfortable. In and out in 40 minuets.Tips are good when a service is enjoyable.
Service was amazing. Paid more services than I wanted. I didn't understand what they were offering. I thought i was just getting a pedicure but I was sold other things I thought was included in the pedicure price. I will be knowledgeable next time. But the place was clean. I've been coming to this salon since it first opened, and the service used to be excellent. Unfortunately, over the years I've noticed a significant decline in both the quality of service and the overall customer experience. The staff, especially the owner, have become much less friendly and welcoming. During my most recent visit, I received a pedicure that was very disappointing.
