Service was amazing. Paid more services than I wanted. I didn't understand what they were offering. I thought i was just getting a pedicure but I was sold other things I thought was included in the pedicure price. I will be knowledgeable next time. But the place was clean. I've been coming to this salon since it first opened, and the service used to be excellent. Unfortunately, over the years I've noticed a significant decline in both the quality of service and the overall customer experience. The staff, especially the owner, have become much less friendly and welcoming. During my most recent visit, I received a pedicure that was very disappointing. Terrible quality and service.
Worst experience ever!!! I had stopped going here and started going to Clarksville to get my nails done. I decided to give them a try again, and that was a mistake. They took another walk-in to fill in in front of me and then did a rush job on my nails, charging me 70 for short painted box nails, which I asked for coffin. I am highly disappointed and will never return to this nail shop again. My nails were finished in 15 minutes.
