Misael did a very thorough job of inspecting our electrical system, determining what the problems were, and communicating the next steps in getting the repairs done. I had an electrical fire at my home, on a Sunday morning. After calling two other electric companies, Hi-Lite was the only one who answered my call, and immediately set me up for an emergency visit.
