My provider sent a referral over 4 months ago and had to follow up multiple times as they never did reach out and schedule me. I finally got scheduled for mid July and traveled 100+ miles one way and got all hooked up for the test at 9pm. Long story short they had an equipment failure and they just sent me home over 100 miles at nearly midnight AFTER I took sleep medication! I absolutely loved my nurses when I visited. I’ve had really bad suicide iussues in the past, I was admitted in the middle of the night and they took me in so kindly and when I reached the behavioral health area the nurses made sure I was okay. The next morning they were smiling and I had a wonderful breakfast then I spilled my food on the floor and felt terrible and started crying. This hospital and a special surgeon saved my life in 1977. It's had it's ups downs but has always been here for our community. Everyone thinks by driving or flying away they will find better healthcare. That's not true. You will find specialized care you can't get in Havre but most of the time quality is about the same. Yesterday I had minor surgery. This is my second surgery of that procedure. The first has stood the test of time and I'm sure this one on the other side will as well. Easily the worst hospital in the state. They should close it down and ban all employees from ever working in any aspect of the medical industry, animals included.
