Rueben was knowledgeable and helped us get into a good second car that was low mileage and well maintained. The dealership was beautiful and family friendly.We test drove and bought the Acura TSX. There were some imperfections as expected with an older car but overall great experience and the people there truly cared about making a positive connection with their customers. The car is all we expected it would be and they were gracious enough to hang on to it for the 3 hrs it took for us to get there.
Second purchase from Hiline Imports, and I must say, they continue to provide excellent customer service, they are very kind and not pushy like alot of other dealers. And they always make the transaction happen! They have helped me in upside down situations and tough situations and I recommend them to everyone!
