I'm crying, first time with extensions. My natural red-hair is toned to brown which I did NOT want and as you and everyone that sees me says it's clearly 2 different colors... I left the salon hesitant about it being so different on colors which I had voiced and I'm now so embarrassed. Idk what to do... it looks bad. I like this place but they don’t let you know when something is an extra charge and assume you want it. I love my hair and others do too but I don’t think I can afford to come back. I was also there for 5 hours and I’ve gotten my hair done in 2 before. When I told my friends how long it was, they were genuinely horrified. My neck was hurting so bad by the end of this. I had to skimp out on the tip a bit which I don’t like doing but I was just really frustrated.
Yeah Well I was. Walked in asked for a haircut literally not one customer in the shop every chair open all like 8/10 chairs. But you guys were to busy for a 15min $80 haircut and wash. Sat around 3.
