We have used Hi-Ho for a good three decades plus. The service has always been excellent which includes the office staff, delivery, yearly cleaning, and unplanned repairs. With busy lives having one less thing to worry about is a blessing.
The people are great. The service is friendly and helpful no matter what the problem could be. The 3 times I've called in over the last few year, they made me feel appreciated, especially Mercedes and Christina. The prices are good too. I don't worry about getting a hosing.😀
Pricing is fair. Service people fix problems efficiency. I've used them since 1984.
I've used Hi-Ho for years, and it's refreshing to have a utility company with which you don't constantly have problems. They are a delight. Great service.

I was a loyal customer to Hi Ho for three years and after having my Oil Burner serviced by Hi-Ho I experienced a puff back due their technician putting in the wrong nozzle. I understand accidents happen, but the horribale part was they called to tell me they were breaking my delivery contract (since my insurance inquired about the slip) and leaving me seven month pregnant on the closest day of the year needing oil.
