Trade my Audiotrack Dac for a Teac UD-H01 when I received the DAC the headphones connection didn't work. I tried to exchange it and they told me to contact Teac. Now I stuck with an non-functional DAC and I'm really disappointed with this company.
They are not up to date on there stock. I tried to purchase an item they have listed on eBay and their stores website but was told they don't have it after they took my cc info and name and address... No one every called me to update me what was going on I had to call them!
Jim was extremely nice and offered me a fantastic deal on a brand new speaker. Really appreciate it! Would certainly look to them again for my audio needs.
